1. Controller and scope
Finnovaction S.r.l., viale Andrea Doria 48, Milano, P.IVA 10932500969. For information and rights: privacy@supernovaelabs.com. This notice covers cookies and equivalent technologies used on finnovaction.com.
2. What we use
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. The site uses technical cookies necessary for security and to remember preferences. No profiling or advertising services are integrated. Unique browser statistics use an optional cookie only after consent. These technical cookies do not require consent under Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code.
3. External services and links
Cloudflare provides site protection and delivery. Technical data associated with its cookie may also be processed in the United States, subject to the terms and safeguards described in its privacy policy. Cloudflare cookie documentation · Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Brevo is used by the server to send contact form requests; this site does not load its browser tracker. LinkedIn and Google Maps links open external services only when selected; those services have their own privacy notices.
4. Controls and rights
You can reopen the panel through “Cookie settings” in the footer. There are no optional categories to enable. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking technical cookies may impair security features. Deleting fva_cookie_notice displays the notice again. The preference is specific to each browser and domain.
For personal data rights and supervisory authority contact details, see the Privacy Policy.
5. Aggregate site counts
A small first-party script reports displayed pages without cookies, browser storage or personal identifiers. The server totals those reports, form submissions accepted by Brevo and Bookings openings through the Let’s talk buttons each day. We retain only totals by page, referral category (search, social, internal, other site or direct/unknown) and device type; Let’s talk counts are also grouped by source box. The counters store no IP addresses, identifiers, full referral URLs, URL parameters, user agents or message contents. These counts use no cookies or browser storage and do not reconstruct individual visits. Separate, optional unique-browser measurement is described in section 6. Recognisable bots are excluded, but counts are not an exact measure of people. Aggregated data are retained for 24 months and accessible only to authorised site administrators.
6. Unique visitors and consent
Only if you accept statistics does the browser send its random code to this site’s server. We store its cryptographic hash, presence dates and the consent version and date; no individual page history is stored and the code is not linked to names, emails or messages. The legal basis for this optional measurement is consent. Records are kept until code expiry, for up to 183 days; expired records are excluded from reports and removed on the next visitor count or statistics access. Reports show totals only. The code is pseudonymous and does not reliably identify a person: different browsers or devices, and deleted or expired cookies, can produce new counts. People who reject are excluded from unique visitors, but included in identifier-free page views.
You can reject or withdraw at any time using Manage cookies in the footer. X on the banner means rejection. Withdrawal stops new reports, removes the browser code and requests deletion of associated server records; if the request does not reach the server, records still expire within the stated limit. Withdrawal can also reduce historical totals. Technical site providers process these data for the controller; we do not use them for advertising. To exercise your rights: privacy@supernovaelabs.com.
